Client Testimonials

 After one session:

“The days following have been truly transformational. I soon afterwards went to my first drum circle and danced freely for the first time in a while. With the momentum surging I went back to writing poetry with newfound inspiration. I then chose a new elevation and found a local poetry open mic. It was my first time attending one and I made a bold decision to sign up and perform on stage! There was immense fear coming up and yet I still poured my heart out on stage and felt immense relief afterwards! I’m very grateful for the experience and the breakthrough. A domino effect of events starting from my session with Cassandra! I would highly recommend anyone to work with her. “ -A

"Cassandra is so good at what she does. She was able to get me to be present in my body and get in touch with some of the ways that I block out certain feelings that are uncomfortable and I got to sit with those feelings and actually be present to what was happening inside my body. I got to pay attention and allow myself to go somewhere in my mind that I don’t often allow myself to go. I got to uncover the pain and hurt that I’ve been carrying for years relating to feeling invisible and unseen, I got to learn where this came from, release some of the emotions I’ve been holding onto, and speak directly to my inner child and let go. Cassandra helped guide me to learn how judgement and rejection from my parents led me down a pathway of judgment and rejection of myself and supported me in learning where I get to continue to heal." -L

"My sessions with Cassandra have been phenomenal. Through her guidance, I've been able to deeper my connection with myself by simply being who I am. Cassandra leads with empathy, trust, and divine wisdom. She creates a space where you feel safe, seen, and comfortable enough to show up fully for yourself and finally feel the emotions you've been holding onto. Her presence allowed me to connect with my inner child and begin integrating her into my everyday life." -K

Cassandra was able to help me create a safe space in my own mind. I considered myself self aware enough.

However, through her perspective I was able to dive deeper into certain trauma bonds and struggles I face, understanding why they happen, and acknowledging there are differences between my personality and trauma reactions.

I was disassociating to protect myself, but my mind was able to relax and through Cassandra's guidance I was able to establish that safe space, realising thoughts are flexible and a spectrum, and not as concrete as I perceived them to be. -Y
